Where we ship
Brix Plus currently ships across Australia. International shipping (US and UK) is being set up — join our list to be notified the moment it goes live.
Dispatch times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend are dispatched the next business day.
During product launches or promotional periods, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay on your order.
Delivery times
Delivery is via Australia Post Standard or Express, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
- Standard: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
- Express: 1–3 business days to most metro areas
Remote and regional addresses may take longer. We'll send tracking as soon as your parcel ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We don't mark up shipping — what you pay is what Australia Post charges us.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at hello@brixplus.co and we'll chase it down.
Damaged in transit
Every Brix Plus stand is packaged in protective foam designed to survive Australia Post. If something arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@brixplus.co within 7 days of receipt and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, your call.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address before checking out. If you spot an error, email us within 1 hour of placing the order — we can usually catch it before it ships. Once dispatched, we can't reroute parcels.
