Made in Melbourne
Designed, cut, and packed in Melbourne
Brix Plus is a small Australian business. Every stand we sell is designed in Melbourne and laser-cut in our Melbourne workshop. We don't import finished product. We don't drop-ship. The stand on your shelf was made by hand, not in a faraway factory we've never visited.
Why local
Two reasons. The first is quality control. When something goes wrong on the cutter, we know about it the same hour and we throw the part out — not three weeks later when a container lands. The second is iteration. We've quietly improved the stand design six times since launch, each tweak shaped by collectors telling us what would make their display better. That feedback loop only works because design and production share an address.
The materials
3mm crystal-clear cast acrylic. We chose cast over extruded because it's harder, polishes better, and yellows less under indoor light. The clarity is closer to glass than to the cheap acrylic that comes in IKEA flat-packs.
The cut
Each panel is laser-cut to a tolerance of ±0.1mm so the click-together joins are firm without being forced. No glue. No tools. The fit is the engineering.
The pack
Every stand ships in a custom-cut foam insert designed to survive Australia Post. We've shipped thousands and the in-transit damage rate sits well under 1%.
What's next
The Speed Champions stand is our flagship product, but it's the start. We're building stands for other LEGO® themes that collectors have been asking for — and the design and manufacturing will stay in Melbourne. Join our list to be the first to hear when the next product is ready.
