Refund Policy
Aligned with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund eligibility
You are entitled to a refund under any of the following conditions:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit (report within 7 days with photos)
- Your order has a manufacturing fault (under Australian Consumer Law, a major fault entitles you to a refund; minor faults to a repair or replacement at our discretion)
- You received the wrong item
- You returned an unopened, unused item within 30 days under our change-of-mind policy
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (the card or PayPal account used at checkout). Bank processing time is typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund — we don't control that timing, but we'll send confirmation when our end is done.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply if a returned item is not in its original condition or has signs of use that aren't consistent with normal product inspection.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Shipping is fully refunded for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly-shipped items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund 10 business days after we've confirmed it was issued, please email hello@brixplus.co with your order number and we'll trace it.
Your statutory rights
This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded by law.
